Count and med logging options are thorough. Charts and stats are top-notch,This may be useful for folk with Type 1 diabetes or others who MUST use medication to manage. But the app suffers from not being integrated with IOS Health, and therefore not sharing information with other excellent Heath tools that are out there which a lot of people already use.
If you currently use any other diet, activity or medical tracking app or think you may want to in the future, be aware that this app cannot export glucose counts (or other data) to Health Kit and cannot import activity or nutrition info entered in other logging apps via the health kit. You need to use this app for all logging of counts, food, steps and exercise (which is not nearly as user friendly as apps with food/exercise tracking as main purpose) or you need to manually enter info into this app daily (i.e. Your total steps from Fitbit, walks/runs from Runkeeper or the Apple Watch Workout, and daily carb total from LoseIt...for example). That is a lot of fuss and not worth it for me.
I first got this app years ago before the activity tracker boom and before health kit. Id hoped they would eventually update with the times, but they havent. Ill be looking for a new app that plays well with others--a missing feature that is essential in any modern health tracking app.
